Mellor Mill in Ruins

From Bob Humphrey-Taylor: In the foreground is the tail-race tunnel from the Wellington Wheel Pit and the Corn mill as they discharge into the open tail-race and to the river. The original route before the Waterloo Wheel is built. The building in the foreground is a cottage and warehouse. The background is the corn mill and the middle ground probably the top of the Waterloo wheel house.
